When it comes to the situation that the forklift picking in the narrow roadway is unable to replace the forklift in the roadway, the forklift management system (FMS) will try its best to send the instructions on the side of the shelf to the forklift continuously for the operation, so as to reduce the time to exit the roadway to change the direction of the forklift. When there are multiple picking tasks in different floors and spans in the same roadway, the warehouse navigation system can choose the shortest path for the forklift to complete all the instructions, reducing the operation time and improving the efficiency.
