At present, the existing forklift agent group in China is still unable to reach the degree of franchise, far from being compared with the automobile and construction machinery industry. This is not the agent's personal reason, but the situation of the entire forklift industry.
In the forklift industry, the quality of life of forklift agents is relatively good, but even these two leading enterprises have not reached the level of "five modernization" management in the automobile industry, nor effectively supported the development of their agents to "five modernization" management. Most agents of other brands are still in the state of "five noes" : no specific brand, no fixed team, no profit model, no marketing, no ability to resist risks.
Although the entire forklift industry is trying to break through the ceiling through electric forklifts, new power sources and agvs, it will be difficult to break through the ceiling without a major breakthrough in intelligence or industrial chain. There are only two directions for forklift truck industry to break through in the future: one is the great potential of intelligent products; the other is industrial integration, which extends to the Internet of things and intelligent storage; the other is the transformation from a pure product manufacturer to an integrated solution provider, which should provide both hardware services and software services.
Breakthroughs across the industry are a long way off. Agents as the intermediate channel of products and markets, it is still too early to talk about poetry and distance, but what is more necessary is to live in the present.
