Pay attention to safety during the maintenance of the forklift, prepare for the maintenance and carry out regular maintenance operations during the maintenance:

1、To ensure safety, when jacking a vehicle, stop the vehicle on a level ground and brake the front and rear wheels.

2、After supporting the vehicle on the chassis, jack the supporting point against the axle and frame to lift the vehicle and carry out maintenance operations.

3、Before performing maintenance operations, remove the lap wire from the battery to reduce wire damage and burn out due to short circuit.

4、Cover car body, seats and floor well to prevent damage and contamination.

5、Because brake fluid and antifreeze is easy to damage the paint surface, it must be given appropriate attention when handling.

6、For effective and reliable maintenance operations, it is necessary to use prescribed tools and special tools.

7、Used cotter pins, gaskets, o-rings, oil seals, locking washers and self-locking nuts must be scrapped and new ones should be prepared for reinstallation. If these parts are reused, they will not function properly.

8、In order to ensure the correct and smooth reassembly operation, the disassembled parts should be kept in neat groups.

9、Parts should be cleaned before inspection and reassembly. In addition, the oil mouth should be cleaned with compressed air to make sure that these parts are not blocked.

10、Before assembly, the rotating and sliding surfaces of the parts must be lubricated with oil or grease.

11、If necessary, use sealant on the gasket to prevent leakage.

12、Fully understand torque specifications for all bolts and nuts.

13、When the maintenance work is finished, be sure to finally check whether there are any missing maintenance items.

14、Be careful when jacking up a car. Jack or block, please. Confirm the surrounding security condition. The rope used in lifting heavy objects should have sufficient safety factor. Make sure the bolts, nuts, pipes and wiring harness are completely separate before using the power tool to disassemble the parts.

15、When carrying heavy goods, use certain equipment or tools, do not move by hand.

16、When inspecting the hydraulic system and other dustproof parts, please use clean tools in the clean and dustproof area.

17、Be sure to remove the leads from the battery terminal before servicing or welding electrical system components. (remove the negative extremes first, then the positive ones.)

18、Pay attention to prevent oil, gas and inflammables from entering the working area. Organize the parts and tools.

19、Maintenance time should be on the engine or control handle hanging warning board. Disassembly of parts is not allowed during engine operation.

20、Do not stand directly under the fork or fork rack. Use block to block equipment and cargo fork rack during maintenance.

21、Maintenance tools in order, regular inspection, correct use.
